TPC-001:
This range consists of units
from
10kw to 100kw
rating used for inductive loads ( ie. Induction heaters)
to regulate power which can control the heat delivered
to the job under process. As heat is proportional to the
square of voltage with a slight change in the voltage
a big difference in the hardness of a job is observed.
So to improve the hardness accuracy and repeatability
TPC-001 can be used.

Inspite

for easy maintenance and replacement of cards under breakdown.
TPC-002:
Is a compact double deckker version used for resistive
loads like furnaces involving resistive heating, ovens,
annealing and stress releaving furnaces. They can be supplied
in open ( modular . forms) as well as panel form. Modules
come from 5K-Watts to 20K-Watts and panels from
10kw to 150kw.
lt has full controlled, full bridge, six pulse firing
controller.
Its features are voltage regulation, current limit, max.
Voltage limit, soft start and soft end, phase fail and
phase reversal trip cum indicator.
TPC-003:
It is a compact rack type version having different indicators
on each card for detection of fault under breakdowns.
Range is from 10K-Watts to 100K-Watts.
Configuration delta or star. Works on input voltage 415+/-1O%
and gives output adjusted from 0-360 volts.
Optionally provided with phase fail/reversal unit at extra
cost, if demanded while ordering the unit. Generally the
version is panel type but OEM's can take it in rack +power
backallite form to fit it inside their machines.
TPC-004:
Same as TPC-003 just with a difference that it has a open
delta connected load which reduces the current per thyristor
and so reducing current ratings of the power devices and
making them cost effective but not very commonly used.
TPC-005:
This is a single phase
or 2-phase double deckker version of power regulator.
Can be used for either resistive or inductive type loads,
finds applications in single phase furnaces both resistive
& inductive, for filament control of tube in induction
heaters etc. OEM's can opt for open type units. Power
ranges from 2-15K-Watts.
TPC-006:
For low grade cost effective applications where
accuracy and control range is not very narrow we
can use TPC-006. Here switching losses are high but power
factor is good at lower O/P's too.
